Let me start by saying THANK YOU. Thank you for coming to this store and taking a look at our products. While over 20 years of experience goes into to every product that we offer, in fact, we are just getting started :)

Our Pepper Jams Preserves are simply the introduction to our unique brand of culinary creativity. Hand selected chilis, zero fillers. They are simply...delicious. But not in that off-hand, roundabout way, we have come to use the term, but instead, honestly. No chemicals, No preservatives, all locally sourced ingredients, culminating in a product that is as delicious in your teriyaki bowl, as it is on your tacos, as it is in your bbq sauce, as it is on your charcuterie platter, as it is...well...you get it :) The unofficial slogan is "goes great on everything but cereal" ....and its completely true. :) I highly advise you give them a try :)

In the coming months, we will be introducing other products that have been in development for quite sometime! Our line of spice mixes, cured and dried meats, as well as more canned products!
